Optional headers fit also with BMW accessory Akrapovič silencer, across the R12 range.
When installing optional headers E-B12E6, remapping the ECU is recommended in order to prevent »check engine light« warning signal and achieve optimized performance and throttle response.
When installing the Optional Header on Euro5+ motorbikes (2 lambda sensors), the engine check light will appear after identifying a deviation in the stock catalytic converter's parameters.
This product is not compatible with the original BMW R12 G/S engine protector. Find the pictured Slip-On Line here.
